With all the inspiration and outlets for crafting on the internet, I am excited to join to crowd. I have spent the last 43 years of my life learning what I know starting with crocheting at the age of 8. Learning from a left-handed Italian Grandmother, it wasn't the simplest thing to "get" - but learn I did. I have been insanely crocheting ever since. To this craft I added drawing, and at the age of ten, my mother bought me my first art set which developed my skills enough to win me an award in school. That led me to making pottery on the potter's wheel, forging jewelry from metal, painting, woodworking, stained glass meddling, and then ultimately every other craft under the sun! I spent a couple of years in college studying Commercial Art (namely design), took countless private art classes (several years worth) and now, here I am ready to share my passion in material form. I just can't get enough.
I have run the gamut on crafts, from my own business, to selling online, to craft shows in New York to designing my own pieces. Residing in Colorado for the last 38 years, inspiration is everywhere. My whole life has been about art and I feel it is now time to share what I can to help everyone else feel the same joy that I do when I'm creating. That's what it's all about. I even crocheted my own "Narci" doll! LOL
